cortivexds operates from Bangkok with a focus on helping Thai and regional organizations navigate AI adoption with clarity. The consultancy was established by practitioners who had seen, firsthand, the gap between how AI is often sold and what organizations actually need to make it work.
Our work spans three engagement types: short-format stakeholder education, operational workflow redesign, and long-term organizational development. Each is designed to meet organizations at different stages of their AI journey.

All client engagements are conducted under formal confidentiality agreements. Operational details, strategies, and internal data are never shared or referenced outside the engagement.
Vendor Neutrality
cortivexds does not hold commercial relationships with AI vendors. Tool recommendations are based exclusively on client needs and independent evaluation of available options.
Structured Delivery
Each engagement follows a defined phase structure with clear milestones and review points. Clients receive progress summaries at each stage before work proceeds.
Data Handling
Any data shared during engagements is handled according to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and international best practices for data security.
