What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser when you visit. They help the site recognize your browser on subsequent visits and remember certain preferences or information. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information on their own, though they may be associated with personal data you've provided separately. They are a standard part of how most websites function.
